We have been using these pillows for years in our Pilates Studio, and love them! Mainly to cradle the head, soften the neck and maintain proper alignment while exercising on your back. They provide support for the upper back, ribcage and pelvis as well. For certain exercises, we use the pillow to make them even more challenging.
For Yoga, placing the pillow under the hips during Child’s Pose helps those with tight quadriceps to relax and enjoy the lower back stretch. May also be used under the knees in the kneeling position. Feel free to explore and find other uses that work for you.
Side sleepers can place the pillow under their head and between their knees to create comfort.
